Evaluation

I was on the animation and marketing team. For the animation team I was teamed up with a class mate and was to message a lecturer about any possible animations for the exhibit.For the marketing team  I was teamed up with a  four class mates and we all designed a poster, all posters were later put to a vote from the rest of the class until one with the most votes was chosen to be the exhibit poster.
The exhibit was  set up in the music institute at Carnegie hall, posters were placed round the college and Carnegie hall itself. This was hopefully to catch the attention and get visitors, I believe as a member of the marketing team I  could of done better by making use of social networks to promote the event more, social networks such as Facebok and Twitter. The exhibit was open for two days and class mates attended  look after the place. For the exhibit I  put in two pieces of work, two pictures I had worked on in photoshop.

I  also believe I  could of contributed more work to the exhibit as I  had a few animations and  more photo manipulations I  could of contributed. I also believe if I  had control over the exhibit I would of made it somewhere else, somewhere in or near a busy part of Dunfermline such as in the Kingsgate or at the high street in one of the empty shops.I would also make posters, events on facebook and promote the event a few  weeks in advance as it would allow more time for more people to notice  the posters and leaflets. 

Animation team

I  am on the animation team for this event I  am to work with another student in the class to try and get in touch with lecturers to get animations to put in the exhibit as well as figure out how to show the animations in the exhibit

Marketing Team

I  am in the marketing team, what  I  have done in this team is produce a poster, we all produced a poster and allowed the class to choose which one they liked the best, mine was not picked but here is the poster I  designed for the event
